Regular Booking
A regular slot has become available to hire the main hall every Wednesday Mortning from 9am to 1pm, this is a rare opportunity! There is also a regular half session from 11am to 1pm on Thursday mornings that has recently

Trustee’s Report & Accounts
The Community Hall financial statements have been published and reported to the Charity Commission. You can navigate to a copy on this site.

Defibrillator installed
The Committee have installed a defibrillator at the front of the hall, available 24/7.

Table Tennis
Steve Lemon and his colleagues have successfully introduced table tennis in the hall. Practice takes place on Wednesday afternoons from 1pm. Check on Woodbridge Table Tennis Club Facebook page for any changes.

Alcohol Rules
IF YOU INTEND TO SELL ALCOHOL AT YOUR EVENT, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A TEMPORARY EVENTS LICENCE FROM THE EAST SUFFOLK COUNCIL. THE BOOKING SECRETARY MUST RECEIVE A COPY OF THIS LICENCE FROM YOU AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE

Hire Rates
Due to rising costs, particularly energy, Hire Rates will be reviewed in April 2022

Bouncy Castles/ Inflatables
Bouncy Castles/Inflatables are not permitted unless the hirer can show evidence of their own Public Liability Insurance Cover for the activity. All equipment must be kept well away from the Fire exits.

Platinum Jubilee
As most of you will be aware a four-day bank holiday weekend will mark the Queen’s platinum jubilee next summer to celebrate the monarch’s 70 years on the throne. The extended bank holiday will run from Thursday 2nd June to Sunday
